I paid but why my payment showed as not received
Generally your payment will received automatically. After payment done complete please wait until the page refresh but in some cases payment page can not detect your payment. For example blockchain network may be experiencing delays due to high traffic or other issues or, the receiver’s wallet may be having technical issues that are preventing the transaction from being confirmed or blockchain network fees may be too low, which can cause transactions to take longer to process or, you failed to pay in time or pay the wrong amount
Question 2: I paid Binance internal transaction or off chain transaction but payment showed as not received.
I paid using internal transaction or off chain transaction transactions like Binance internal transaction, Coinbase internal eth ERC20 transaction etc. refer to occurring on a cryptocurrency network that move the value outside of the blockchain. off chain or internal transaction does not detect by blockchain as well as payerurl.
Solution : Contact with us @payerurl in telegram with the order number and your payment transaction hash/link
How to find transaction hash
* Open the wallet that used to pay the amount
* Choose the wallet payment/withdraw history and tap the transaction that you have paid
* check the transaction hash/link
