The Payerurl Confirming Receipt feature makes it unnecessary for online service providers to wait the full 21 days before withdrawing their money. Why is the button for the Payment status Page absent from the buyer’s transaction information?
The Payment status Page button will take a maximum of 48 hours to display in the buyer’s transaction detail. The 48-hour wait period was, in my opinion, instituted to stop customers from seeing the Payment status Page before deciding whether or not to purchase a specific digital good or service.
It is most likely because the 48-hour waiting period hasn’t passed after you changed the order Payment status to order processed. Only customers who used their payerurl account to purchase the item have access to this option.
Has the seller indicated that the order has been processed?
Only those who sell services and digital goods without using tracking numbers can benefit from the Payerurl Confirming Receipt. If you are selling tangible goods, you only need to submit your tracking number; then, one day after delivery, your money will be ready.
